Sylwester Kurowski, MA

I am an integrative psychotherapist, university lecturer, and special education teacher with many years of experience working with people—helping them overcome life challenges and create lasting change.
My therapeutic approach is based on combining various psychotherapy modalities, allowing me to tailor methods to each client’s individual needs and goals.

For 10 years, I have worked with drama and psychodrama, powerful tools for exploring emotions, relationships, and self-expression. These methods enable me to support clients in discovering new perspectives and deepening their understanding of themselves.

I have carried out projects commissioned by the Ministry of Justice focused on preventing the root causes of crime and aggression among individuals in correctional facilities. These initiatives were based on creative and preventive methods, contributing to positive change in the lives of former inmates after their release.

Additionally, I have led workshops aimed at uncovering and developing the inner potential of participants.
