I am a psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in mental health promotion and prevention, suicidal behavior, and the epidemiology of mental disorders.
I am currently training as a cognitive-behavioral therapist at the CBT Psychotherapy School of SWPS University. I hold a degree in psychology from the University of Gdańsk and completed training in PM+ (Problem Management Plus) — a brief behavioral intervention developed by the World Health Organization to support individuals experiencing stress due to difficult life circumstances.
I work as an assistant professor at SWPS University and have authored numerous scientific publications on mental health. I am actively engaged in suicide and depression prevention initiatives as a member of the Working Group on Suicide and Depression Prevention at the Council for Public Health.
Additionally, I serve as Vice President of the Polish Suicidology Society and Vice Chair of the Suicidology Scientific Section of the Polish Psychiatric Association. I am also the Section Editor for Clinical Psychology at the scientific journal Advances in Psychiatry and Neurology.
With extensive clinical experience and ongoing scientific engagement, I strive to be a trusted mental health specialist, dedicated to supporting my patients with care and expertise.
